Stages of cargo transportation

Formation of a national party. At consolidation warehouses, batches of goods intended for delivery to the same address are formed. Groupage cargo from Germany is formed in consolidation warehouses until the volume of goods is sufficient to be sent by road or to fill a container.

Warehouse cargo handling. After the cargo arrives at the warehouse, it is unloaded and accepted. The quantity, quality of the goods, and the availability of the necessary documentation are checked. The appearance of the cargo is assessed in accordance with ISO 22742:2005. In warehouses in Russia and Germany, groupage cargo is packaged and assembled for subsequent transportation.

Cargo insurance. The Vitta-Trans company provides goods insurance services during transportation from Russia to Germany. We will pay for damages if the item is damaged or lost during international transport. By concluding an agreement with Vitta-Trans LLC, you can insure groupage cargo against all types of damage and risks arising during the delivery of goods to their destination.

Transportation. Cargo transportation to Germany is carried out mainly by road transport. It is this that allows you to create and adjust various delivery routes from Russia (or to Russia) depending on road congestion. Carrying out loading and unloading operations is possible without reference to the schedule of ports and stations, i.e. Cargo transportation is carried out at a time convenient for the customer. Sea and rail transport can also be used to deliver cargo.

Customs clearance. International delivery of goods to their destination requires mandatory customs clearance. Transporting cargo to Germany involves filing a customs declaration and other necessary accompanying documents for the products.In order for cargo transportation to Germany to be carried out, the goods are registered in Russian warehouses and removed from the register, and the customs value of the cargo is calculated. Processing of goods at the carrier’s warehouse. After transportation of consolidated cargo from Germany and its arrival at the Russian warehouse, the batch is identified and processed. At the request of the client, subsequent delivery to the recipient’s address can be carried out.
